KIALOA Warranty

KIALOA products have a one-year warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and craftsmanship.  If you experience any problems with a KIALOA product, return it to your authorized dealer, or contact KIALOA directly.  Proof of purchase is required.  Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of KIALOA.  Damage due to wear and tear or misuse will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

If you should decide to send a warranty product directly back  to KIALOA, please include your name, address, telephone number, email address and the reason for the return along with your proof of purchase/receipt to:
